Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with tracking information if provided by the vendor. You can also track your order status in the “Order History” section of your account.

For disputes, first try to resolve the issue directly with the other party through messaging. If the issue remains unresolved, you can contact our support team for assistance. We will mediate and help find a resolution based on our platform’s policies.

Each vendor has their own return and refund policy, which is detailed on their store page and product listings. Please review the vendor’s specific policy before making a purchase. If you need assistance, contact the vendor directly or reach out to our support team.

Buyers can contact you through the “Contact Seller” button on your product listings or store page. You will receive their inquiries through your vendor account’s messaging system or email, depending on your settings.

Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Enter your email address, and you will receive instructions to reset your password. Follow the link provided in the email to create a new password.

Log in to your vendor account and navigate to the “Dashboard” or “Product Management” section. Here, you can update product details, adjust pricing, add new listings, or make changes to your store’s profile.

Fees vary by vendor and product category. Typically, vendors are charged a listing fee and/or a commission on each sale. Detailed fee structures can be found in your vendor account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

To become a vendor, you need to apply through our “Join as a Vendor” page. After submitting your application, our team will review your details and get back to you with instructions. You may need to provide additional documentation to verify your business.

To create an account, click on the “Sign Up” button on our homepage. You’ll be prompted to provide your email address, create a password, and fill out basic details. For vendors, there will be additional steps to set up your store profile and verify your business information.
